Interior:
The villa is arranged over two floors, connected by an internal and external staircase.
GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into a small hallway; study with bookcase; octagonal living room with frescoed ceilings, dining table, sitting area, ornamental fireplace; corridor leading to three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom (two with shower, one with hydromassage tub); and the octagonal master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden; two external guest bathrooms, not connected internally to the main living spaces.
FIRST FLOOR – Accessed via an internal staircase; octagonal kitchen with dining table; direct access from the kitchen to two panoramic terraces for dining and relaxation. The main terrace is about 200 sqm, partly shaded by a pergola with views of the lake. The other terrace has views of the octagonal rooftops and Isola Madre.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a level, fully fenced garden of approximately 3500 sqm, extending across both sides of the property. On one side is the pool and a barbecue area with a pergola set up for outdoor dining; on the other side, accessed directly from two of the ground floor bedrooms, are private relaxation areas and a children's play area. The garden is predominantly lawned and includes arches of roses, a small citrus grove and jasmine covering the external stairs to the first-floor terrace. There is also a private parking area for up to 4 cars.

Swimming Pool:
The pool overlooks a panoramic viewpoint on the right side of the property. It is located about 50 metres from the villa, near the main entrance and external stairs leading to the first floor. Irregular in shape; measures approximately 15 x 6 m with a depth varying from 1 to 2.20 m; lined in PVC; accessed via Roman steps; chlorine purification system; internal and external lighting. A small diving board is at one end. The surrounding sunbathing area is partly lawned and partly paved in stone, with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
