LEFT WING – FIRST FLOOR: This wing features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying time together. Two double bedrooms, one air-conditioned and the other featuring antique décor, share a bathroom located near the stairwell. RIGHT WING – GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor of this wing includes a series of elegant living rooms, perfect for relaxing with family or friends, a dining room seating up to twelve guests, and a kitchen blending traditional charm with modern conveniences, including a gas stove and oven. A full bathroom with a shower completes this level. RIGHT WING – FIRST FLOOR: The first floor accommodates up to eight guests with three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. These rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The centrepiece of the villa is the master bedroom, adorned with a spectacular frescoed dome painted by an 18th-century artist, adding a touch of grandeur to your stay.

Surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden spanning 1,000 square metres, Villa Oleandra offers a peaceful outdoor setting. Tall trees provide privacy, while a spacious porch near the pool features a large dining table and comfortable seating, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing with a drink. The garden also includes private parking for up to four cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, located within the villa’s garden, is surrounded by tall trees and lush greenery, offering a private setting for relaxation. It measures 12 x 7 m with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 2 m. The pool is equipped with ladder access. Sun loungers and parasols are arranged around it for guests to enjoy. The pool is open from May 20th to September 30th.
