PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Located in the historic hilltop hamlet of Castello della Pieve, Casa del Mandorlo is a charming and authentic retreat steeped in history. This rustic yet comfortable property blends exposed stone walls, original beamed ceilings, wooden furniture and traditional lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere in keeping with the thirteenth-century village setting. The garden features a small pool equipped with hydromassage and counter-current swimming, surrounded by decking with deckchairs, as well as a grassy area with sun loungers and a separate grassy area for outdoor dining. It is a heavenly place for relaxation and experiencing the natural beauty of Le Marche.

Interior:

The villa is spread over two levels, offering a unique layout that complements its historic character. FIRST FLOOR: A kitchen and dining room with a large fireplace; a small hallway connecting two double bedrooms and a bathroom; two additional double bedrooms, each with a mezzanine and an ensuite bathroom. GROUND FLOOR: Accessible only from the garden and pool area, this level includes a living room with comfortable seating and a bathroom. The interiors combine original architectural elements with modern functionality, including handcrafted stone and crystal sinks in the bathrooms.

Park:

The private garden is a peaceful haven with sofas, a table and chairs for al fresco dining, and the small pool area. The property’s main entrance is under a small lodge, where an old wood oven invites guests to enjoy traditional local cuisine. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private pool is equipped with hydromassage and counter-current swimming, offering a refreshing spot to relax while enjoying views of the surrounding greenery. Measuring 2 x 5 m with a depth of 1.20 m, it is surrounded by decking with deckchairs and adjacent grassy areas with sun loungers and outdoor dining spaces. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
