PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Casa Felicità is a beautifully designed, rural villa in le Marche, thoughtfully furnished to create a welcoming and comfortable retreat in the rolling hills. Both inside and in the surrounding garden, there is ample space and to unwind and dine together. From the hammock strung between tall pine trees to the poolside gazebo, al fresco dining under the portico and sun loungers by the pool, it is a heavenly setting for a break. Inside, the villa feels spacious and welcoming, with colourful contemporary furnishings, wooden beams and rustic touches adding charm to the immaculate interiors.

Interior:

The villa is set over two floors. Access is via a French window at the front, leading into the living room with a dining table, a cosy seating area with sofas and a TV. The French window opens directly onto the portico, furnished with a dining table and a wood-burning oven. From the living room, a corridor leads to a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with outdoor access. The ground floor is completed by a double bedroom with joinable beds, offering direct access to the outside, a walk-in closet and a laundry area (also accessible from outside). An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which has three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and a bathroom with a shower.

Park:

The villa's 2,000 sqm fenced garden, surrounded by olives and tall shady trees, offers an oasis of tranquillity and natural beauty. The portico, with direct access from the living room, is equipped with a dining table for enjoying outdoor meals. The pool area includes a large gazebo, ideal for relaxation. Past the electric iron gate at the entrance, there is parking for four cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is located at the front of the property, offering scenic views over the surrounding fields and hills. Rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.40 m. The pool is lined with light-blue PVC, bordered with brick paving and features Roman steps for easy access. It is purified with chlorine and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
