PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Casa Zefiro is a charming independent villa with a large, well-equipped garden and a swimming pool, located among the gentle hills of Orciano di Pesaro. It offers a panoramic position with breathtaking views of the Marche countryside, extending all the way to the Adriatic Sea. The house can accommodate up to four guests and is designed to provide moments of relaxation. It is ideal for families or small groups of friends who wish to immerse themselves in nature while remaining close to the sea. The main living area is on the first floor and features simple yet functional spaces. Just a few kilometers away, you’ll find charming villages such as Mondavio, Corinaldo, Fossombrone, and the beautiful Urbino, perfect destinations for excursions focused on culture and local traditions. Numerous local restaurants and wineries offer authentic tasting experiences, allowing you to savor the best regional products.

The house is spread over two levels connected by an external staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Garage; laundry area with washing machine; a guest bathroom; covered outdoor dining area. FIRST FLOOR – Open space living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub; one double bedroom with divisible bed; a bathroom with a shower.

Park:

The private grounds, accessible through a manual entrance gate and equipped with a parking area, are large and mostly flat. The garden in front of the house features several relaxation areas and a pleasant outdoor dining area. It is furnished with sunbeds, outdoor sofas, umbrellas, and a table with chairs for outdoor use. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located just a few meters from the house, at the same level as the ground floor; it has a kidney shape; it measures 7x12 meters and has a constant depth of 1.40 meters; it is coated with sand with a stone external border; access is provided via a Roman staircase with 5 steps; the pool is chlorine sanitized; there is both internal and external lighting; the solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas; it is open from the first Saturday in May to mid-September.
