PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). This welcoming farmhouse surrounded by nature will make you fall in love immediately: the large infinity pool and the belvedere, from which it takes its name, to relax in front of the lush Pesaro hills.

Interior:

A large living room with a fireplace and a very bright dining area, the kitchen with a peninsula and, still a ground floor, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there is a second sleeping area with parquet flooring and a bathroom with shower. The 2 bedrooms on this floor consist of one double and one with a bunk bed for 3 people: double in the lower part and single in the upper part. A third bathroom is located in the pool area.

Park:

Casale Belvedere has a large well-kept garden full of cool shaded areas. From the porch equipped with comfortable sofas and the kitchen with an oven for outdoor dinners, you enter the villa with a modern and rustic flavor at the same time. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool measures 6 x 15 metres, is 1.40 meters deep and will be open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
