The house is located in an area rich in history, culture and culinary traditions, ideal for those who wish to explore the natural beauty of the region. Nearby, you can visit characteristic villages such as Cartoceto, famous for its olive groves and typical products, and the Renaissance town of Urbino, just 35 km away. Casale Partemio is completely fenced and has large green spaces and corners dedicated to relaxation, perfect for immersing oneself in the quiet of the countryside.

Interior:

The house has two floors connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR: Composed of a living room with fireplace and connected to the panoramic terrace with outdoor dining area, a study, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom with washing machine. FIRST FLOOR: Four double bedrooms, a small terrace and two bathrooms with shower.

Park:

The garden of about 6,000 sqm is an oasis of tranquility, enriched by Mediterranean plants and areas ideal for relaxation. A brick-built gazebo and a portico, set up for outdoor dining, offer convivial areas surrounded by nature. The outdoor area also includes a brick barbecue and a mobile one, a play area with a children's swing and a parking area. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, accessible from various points of the garden, offers a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. Rectangular and measuring 3.30 x 10.60 m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 1.40 m; lined in light-coloured PVC and equipped with Roman steps and two hydromassage jets; stone pool terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas; internal and external lighting; open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
