Well-equipped for outdoor relaxation and activities, highlights of the garden include smooth lawns, shady trees, a portico for dining and relaxation, an outdoor pool, and a sports pitch.

The villa is set over two floors. GROUND FLOOR – Access through the main door under the portico, leading into a small hallway below the staircase. On the right, a living-dining room with sofas, a fireplace, a piano, a smart TV, and a dining table. From the living room, a corridor leads to a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access through French windows; one double bedroom with direct access to the portico; a guest bathroom; and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. FIRST FLOOR – One double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and tub; a family suite with one double bedroom, a study with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.

Park:

The 2,500 sqm enclosed garden features a mix of lawns, shaded areas, and outdoor spaces for dining and recreation. The portico, with direct access from the living room, is furnished with a dining table for al fresco meals. There are various seating areas with sofas and armchairs, as well as a five-a-side football pitch for added entertainment. The garden is enclosed by a 1.70 m high wire mesh fence, with an electric wrought-iron gate at the entrance. Parking is available inside the property, with additional spaces just outside. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Located at the rear of the property, the 11 x 5 m rectangular pool offers panoramic views of Mondavio. Depth ranges from 1.10 to 1.70 m; features a vertical hydromassage jet; Roman steps; and a metal ladder for access. The pool is lined with blue PVC, bordered with brick paving, and purified with chlorine. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
