Surrounded by a large garden with a covered portico for al fresco dining, table tennis and table football, this property is ideal for family groups seeking both relaxation and fun. Its proximity to the Adriatic coast and historic towns like Fano and Senigallia makes it a perfect base for exploring the region’s many attractions.

FIRST FLOOR: Two double bedrooms; one large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower; a shared bathroom with a shower. DEPENDANCE: Two double bedrooms; one bathroom with shower.

The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden of approximately 3000 square meters, featuring mature trees, aromatic herbs and olive trees. Guests can enjoy outdoor activities such as table tennis and table football or relax under the covered portico, which offers a comfortable space for al fresco dining with views of the surrounding countryside. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private swimming pool is located in a sunny area of the garden, providing a relaxing spot for guests. Measuring 12 x 5 m with a depth of 1.40 m, the pool is equipped with ladder access and is open from 1 May to 1 October. Sun loungers and parasols are available for added comfort.
