Thanks to its strategic location, Villa Emilianna will allow you to enjoy the charm of the Marche countryside, with the convenience of being just a few minutes from Fano, a town rich in history, culture and Blue Flag beaches.

The villa is on two levels connected by an internal staircase and completed by an annex a short distance away. GROUND FLOOR - Entrance, living room with fireplace and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, laundry room and guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR - Four double bedrooms (two with ensuite bathroom), a bathroom with tub and shower, a bathroom with shower and a study with double sofa bed. ANNEX - Family suite with double bed, two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette separated by sliding curtains.

Park:

The completely-fenced garden is an oasis of tranquillity, enriched by relaxation areas, outdoor furniture and a panoramic swimming pool. A barbecue area and several furnished terraces offer ideal spaces for outdoor dining and moments of leisure. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool, accessible from different points of the garden, offers a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. Mainly rectangular in shape and measuring 15 x 8 m with the depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.40 m, it is lined in beige PVC and has Roman steps, chlorine purification, internal and external lighting and a stone solarium equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
