Villa Ludovica is an attractive, converted farmhouse nestled in the green hills of Le Marche, featuring a fresh and colourful contemporary style that blends beautifully with its traditional roots. The open-plan, convivial living space and kitchen create a welcoming and sociable atmosphere, perfect for families or groups of friends. Outside, lovely views of untouched rolling hills are the backdrop to a landscaped garden with an outdoor pool, pretty plants, a lawn and a covered portico for al fresco dining.

GROUND FLOOR: A spacious open-plan living area with comfortable seating and a TV; a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with direct access to the garden; a guest toilet. FIRST FLOOR: Three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; a shared bathroom with a shower. SECOND FLOOR: Three additional double bedrooms; one large bathroom with a shower.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden with pretty plants, a lawn and a covered portico. The covered portico provides a comfortable space for al fresco dining, while the sun terrace offers a spot for relaxation with panoramic views of the countryside. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private swimming pool is located in a sunny position within the garden, offering views of the surrounding hills. Measuring 10x5 metres with a depth of 1.40 meters, it features steps for easy access. The pool is open from 7 May to 24 September and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for guests’ comfort.
