Surrounded by the green hills of Le Marche countryside and a few kilometers from the village of Pergola is the wonderful Villa Ludovica, an old, recently-renovated farmhouse that combines a modern, refined style with the charm of the ancient rural homes of the area. Thanks to the beautiful swimming pool, the equipped porch, and the space suitable for up to 12 guests, it is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with friends and family!

Interior:

Villa Ludovica is split into three floors and has a private parking area. On the ground floor, you will find the living area with comfortable sofas and TV and the beautiful and large kitchen, with direct access to the garden and dining area. On the same floor, there is also a toilet, while up on the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a bathroom with a shower. Finally, on the last floor, there are 3 more double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower.

Park:

Outside, the beautiful porch is equipped with outdoor furniture, the perfect place for outdoor lunches and dinners, an outdoor shower, and a swimming pool with a view over the surrounding hills. The perfect spot where to laze? The hammock in the garden, of course! Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool measures 10x5 meters has a depth of 1.40 meters and will be open from 7 May to 24 September.

Cagli, with its famous Torrione and its historic center, is about 20 km away. Not too far away and perfect for a day trip are also the famous Monastery of Fonte Avellana, the beautiful Furlo Gorge, and Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In about 30 minutes it is then possible to reach the Adriatic coast and the city of Fano: here you will find both free and equipped beaches as well as numerous bars and fish restaurants.
