Inside, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace; a kitchen; a bathroom with a shower; a laundry room; and a pantry. FIRST FLOOR: Another living room with sofas and a fireplace; a secondary kitchen for breakfast use; a terrace with panoramic views; one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; one triple bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; one double bedroom; one twin bedroom; one bedroom with a French bed; and one shared bathroom with a shower.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden featuring a large lawn and tall trees, creating a serene atmosphere. The private swimming pool sits at the centre, offering steps for easy entry and a sun terrace equipped with loungers and umbrellas. Guests can enjoy dining al fresco under the covered portico while admiring the sweeping views of the countryside. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool measures 8 x 4 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres and features steps for easy access. It is open from the first Saturday in June to the last Saturday in September, providing a refreshing retreat in a tranquil setting.
