Park:

The property extends over a fully fenced area, with a lush, well-kept garden and equipped spaces for relaxation. An impressive centuries-old mulberry tree provides natural shade near the pool. The outdoor area features a kitchen with a masonry barbecue and sink, positioned in front of the porch furnished with sofas, a dining table, and a foosball table. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is just a few steps from the villa, accessible directly from the garden. It has a rectangular shape with submerged steps for access; measuring 10 x 4 m with a variable depth from 0 to 1.40 m, it features a beach area with a relaxation zone and hydromassage jets on one side; sand-colored PVC lining; sanitized with a chlorine system; equipped with internal and external lighting; solarium area paved with bricks and furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
