Two bedrooms, one double and one twin (with joinable beds), both with direct access to the outside, and a bathroom with shower make up the sleeping area. In the living room a double sofa bed provides two additional sleeping places. The high ceilings in wood and tiles with exposed beams add personality to the house, combining perfectly tradition and modernity.
The comfortable and elegant open-plan living room and kitchen with dining area opens outwards both to the rear of the house and to the outdoor dining area shaded by a large sunshade and equipped with a functional outdoor cooking area with wood-burning oven, brick barbecue and sink. Located between the hills and the sea, between the elegant town of Fermo and the well-known seaside resort of Porto San Giorgio, Villino Le Moie is the ideal starting point for easily visiting some of the most beautiful borghi in Italy that can be found in this area of the Marche region, and for enjoying the sea of the Adriatic coast and the characteristic historical and artistic heritage of some of the towns, first and foremost Fermo. Less than 2 km away, the hamlet of Salvano offers all basic services and shops.

Interior:
The villa is on one level. The main entrance leads directly into the open-plan living room, with sitting area with double sofa bed, dining area and kitchen. On the right is the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) and a bathroom with shower. French windows give direct access to the outside, from the living and dining area and from the two bedrooms.
Park:
The garden has a flat area around the house of about 2000 sqm and is completely fenced. It has been designed as a typical Mediterranean garden with hedges of dwarf oleander in three different colours, dwarf pittosporum ground cover, laurel, hedges of hanging rosemary, verbena ground cover, a Botticelli rose garden, a hedge of table grapes and adorned with trees such as olives, hazelnuts, walnuts and weeping willows .
The pergola, with photovoltaic panels on the roofing, is used as a parking area (for about 2 cars) and is equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
The living room French window leads to the outdoor area, furnished with table, chairs and large sunshade, adjacent to a convenient outdoor kitchen area equipped with sink, wood-burning oven and brick barbecue.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is about 10 metres from the house, located at a slightly lower level,and reached down 4 steps. It is L-shaped, composed of a rectangle and a square, with a surface area of about 57 sq m while the depth varies from 1.10 to 1.40 cm. Accessible via Roman steps, it is lined in anthracite-coloured PVC with Touch-stone effect (non-slip) and has a salt purification system. The solarium, of about 80 sqm and paved with Turkish travertine, is equipped with sunbeds, a gazebo and a sofa with a small table. There is also an outdoor solar shower with hot and cold water. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
