From the large double sitting room with its beautiful fireplace and large screen for home cinema, you come to the cosy furnished portico which overlooks the large flat lawn at the end of which emerges the swimming pool with the original shape of a small shallow pond. The gazebo near the pool and the other in front of the exit from the kitchen are the perfect places to relax in the shade or to gather for lunches and dinners. A wood-burning oven and a barbecue where guests can have fun cooking in the garden render the convivial outdoor moments of their summer in Cascina Moglia unforgettable, a wonderful oasis of peace and silence surrounded by nature and fully respecting the privacy of its guests.
Interior:
The main entrance on the ground floor leads into a hallway with a guest bathroom. To the right of the entrance is a bedroom suite with double bed and private bathroom with shower. To the left of the entrance is the large double living room (with ornamental fireplace), dining room and kitchen, all three rooms communicating with the large garden surrounding the house. From the living room, a 19-step staircase goes up to the first floor where a corridor leads to a double bedroom with tub, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, one with a loft (where its bathroom is located) and one with a large terrace. A small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower complete the first floor (with unusable loft).
Park:
A slightly bumpy dirt road, at the end of which you can park, leads into the grounds surrounding Cascina Moglia. Next to the entrance door is a beautiful well surrounded by plants and flowers with the unmistakable colour and scent of lavender. Extending for more than one hectare, the terrain is largely flat and on the north front has a large lawn that extends to the swimming pool with the characteristic shape of a small pond, surrounded by the solarium and with a large gazebo next to it. Different species of plants adorn the park, including herbs, with a beautiful bush of rosemary conveniently located next to the wood-burning oven and barbecue. Another beautiful gazebo organised as a dining area is located opposite the kitchen exit with nearby a splendid rose garden offering beautiful flowers throughout the entire summer season. The park of Cascina Moglia is a large green oasis with an enchanting view of the surrounding hills, with wonderful silence, excellent privacy and lots of space to play and run around in just as children and others love to do.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool of Cascina Moglia has a particular shape resembling a small pond and is lined in a particular resin with decorative motifs that accentuate its originality. Measuring about 50 sq m and sloping gently to a maximum depth of 1 m, it is particularly safe and suitable for children. All around the pool is the solarium, partly paved in stone with, on one side, the large gazebo with table and chairs providing shelter from the sun and where you can comfortably spend the whole day by the pool. With chlorine purification and internal lighting, the pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
