Located along the Salento coast, Gallipoli is characterised by golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters that attract visitors from all over the world. Its charming historic centre, located on a rocky island connected to the mainland by a bridge, is surrounded by the Ionian Sea and offers breathtaking views. Between the vestiges of its glorious past and the vibrant energies of the present, every stroll through the narrow streets of Gallipoli will be an unforgettable experience.

Interior:

The entrance to this fifth-floor penthouse apartment leads into a large, bright open-plan area, with windows overlooking the sea, that includes the kitchen and dining area. A corridor on the right of the entrance leads to three double bedrooms (one with a divisible bed) and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is ensuite The laundry is located in a utility room in the kitchen area.

Park:

From the living area, two large French windows lead directly onto the 90 sqm terrace embracing the apartment on two sides and with a view of the sea that bathes the town of Gallipoli. The relaxation area, created with comfortable sofas, provides the perfect backdrop for admiring, alone or in company, the seascape and for spending pleasant summer evenings lulled by the gentle sound of the surf. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
