PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). In the picturesque heart of the Itria Valley, nestled among dry stone walls and centuries-old olive groves in the Apulian countryside, stands Trulli Fiori di Mandorlo, an elegant stone residence that blends the charm of traditional architecture with the comforts of contemporary living. Just minutes from Ostuni and a short distance from Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca, the property is an ideal base for exploring the most authentic Apulia. The main residence features two double bedrooms, as well as a bright, panoramic open-plan area with central fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. A separate annex, housed within a charming trullo, offers an intimate and romantic atmosphere with an alcove bed, kitchen and private bathroom. Outside, the gazebo equipped with barbecue and oven, along with the Mediterranean garden, frames the panoramic infinity pool, surrounded by greenery and with open views of the plateau.

Interior:

The property consists of a main building (lamia = traditional rustic stone house) of 80 sq m and an annex (trullo = round stone house with conical roof)) of 19 sq m, both on the same level and connected by a stone path. LAMIA – Entrance Hall; living room with open-plan kitchen featuring panoramic windows; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; another double bedroom; bathroom with shower; laundry area. TRULLO – Entrance Hall with small open-plan living room, kitchenette; double bedroom in an alcove; bathroom with shower.

Park:

The park of approximately 7,000 sq m surrounding the main lamia and the trullo features a vast olive grove and species typical of Mediterranean scrub, including rosemary, lavender, lantana, prickly pears, agaves and cacti, fruit and almond trees. In this setting are also a gazebo with dining table (with adjacent wood-burning oven and barbecue) and the swimming pool. Next to the pool is a vegetable garden offering fresh seasonal produce. Private parking for four cars is located in front of the entrance to the lamia. A stone path connects the parking area to the entrances of both the main lamia and the trullo, surrounded by flowers and plants. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is reached from the buildings along a stone walkway. Rectangular, it measures 12 x 3 m with a depth of 1.50 m; lined with mosaic tiles and equipped with Roman steps and a side ladder for access; chlorine purification system; internal and external lighting. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The main residence features two double bedrooms, as well as a bright, panoramic open-plan area with central fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. A separate annex, housed within a charming trullo, offers an intimate and romantic atmosphere with an alcove bed, kitchen and private bathroom. Outside, the gazebo equipped with barbecue and oven, along with the Mediterranean garden, frames the panoramic infinity pool, surrounded by greenery and with open views of the plateau.

Interior:

The property consists of a main building (lamia = traditional rustic stone house) of 80 sq m and an annex (trullo = round stone house with conical roof)) of 19 sq m, both on the same level and connected by a stone path. LAMIA – Entrance Hall; living room with open-plan kitchen featuring panoramic windows; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; another double bedroom; bathroom with shower; laundry area. TRULLO – Entrance Hall with small open-plan living room, kitchenette; double bedroom in an alcove; bathroom with shower.

Park:

The park of approximately 7,000 sq m surrounding the main lamia and the trullo features a vast olive grove and species typical of Mediterranean scrub, including rosemary, lavender, lantana, prickly pears, agaves and cacti, fruit and almond trees. In this setting are also a gazebo with dining table (with adjacent wood-burning oven and barbecue) and the swimming pool. Next to the pool is a vegetable garden offering fresh seasonal produce. Private parking for four cars is located in front of the entrance to the lamia. A stone path connects the parking area to the entrances of both the main lamia and the trullo, surrounded by flowers and plants. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is reached from the buildings along a stone walkway. Rectangular, it measures 12 x 3 m with a depth of 1.50 m; lined with mosaic tiles and equipped with Roman steps and a side ladder for access; chlorine purification system; internal and external lighting. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
