The main entrance opens directly onto the bright open-plan living area, where a modern dining space with an island kitchen unfolds on one side. Large windows frame the lush landscape and provide direct access to the outdoor areas, creating a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor living. From the living room, a hallway leads to two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers (one of the bathrooms does not include a bidet). One of the bedrooms has direct access to the garden through a large French door, offering a pleasant connection to nature. This level also includes a convenient laundry room and a guest bathroom. A short staircase of four steps leads to the mezzanine, where the third double bedroom is located. This room has a private terrace with an outdoor lounge area and an en-suite bathroom with shower (without bidet).

The spacious grounds stretch generously across the typical Sicilian countryside, with olive groves and fruit trees. Around the house, a manicured garden combines a lush English-style lawn with paved walkways and aromatic flower beds. The terrace overlooking the greenery features a shaded pergola with a lounge area, a dining table, and a built-in barbecue—perfect for moments of relaxation or al fresco dinners.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Just a few steps from the villa lies the pool, nestled in a peaceful corner of the garden. It is partially surrounded by an English lawn, a large wooden sun deck with loungers, and paved areas with stone-effect tiles. The pool measures 10 x 3.4 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.70 meters. It features a natural stone edge, Roman steps for easy access, and a PVC interior lining. An outdoor shower is located nearby. The pool is chlorine-treated and illuminated at night. It is open from May 1st to October 31st.
