The property is formed of several sloping terraces and immersed in a park of olive trees and Mediterranean scrub that frame the solarium with swimming pool set in a secluded position. Guests can relax in this oasis of peace and natural well-being, where they can best appreciate the typical Sicilian countryside, but, at the same time, go on exciting excursions thanks to the advantageous geographical position which allows them to quickly reach the main art cities of western Sicily such as Trapani, Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, Erice and Palermo.

Interior:
The villa has two floors. The main entrance on the ground floor leads directly to the living area consisting of a large lounge with sofas and fireplace, guest bathroom, dining room and kitchen with peninsula (with washing machine compartment). This open-plan area is illuminated by three large French windows facing the garden and has five-metre high ceilings with Favignana tuff arches. The floor is completed with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The upper floor, accessible from a staircase adjacent to the main entrance, consists of a double bedroom with divisible bed, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower.
Park:
The 14,000 sq m property, completely fenced by netting and metrosideros hedges, extends over a hilly surface that distributes the property over two terraces, with the upper one occupied by the olive grove with an adjacent gazebo equipped with sofas, table and chairs, and a stone barbecue. The second terrace, mainly lawn, is an explosion of colours of Mediterranean vegetation that blends with the surrounding landscape characterised by cocus, cycads, palms and centuries-old olive trees that border the terrace with lounge and dining area and with a superb view that stretches uninterrupted to the sinuous expanses of the surrounding countryside. A flight of four steps leads down to the solarium, equipped with sunbeds and little tables, around the pool.

Swimming Pool:
Open from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October, the swimming pool, located in a secluded area of the garden, is about 20 metres from the villa. Rectangular and measuring 10 x 5 m with the depth varying from 1 m at the entrance with 4 Roman steps to 1.50 m on the opposite side with steel ladder, the pool is lined in light-coloured PVC and has chlorine purification and internal lighting activated via a twilight system, which is activated at the same time as the garden lighting. The stoneware-paved solarium area, surrounded by lantanas and Mediterranean plants, is equipped with sunbeds and tables, creating an intimate and relaxing space.
