Villa Mulberry is a contemporary villa with a panoramic pool, sea views and a terraced garden, set in a residential area just outside Sciacca on Sicily’s south-west coast. The villa spans two floors and offers spacious interiors filled with natural light, including an open-plan living area, five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, terraces and a veranda designed for summer living. The pool is positioned to take full advantage of the sea vista, while the veranda terrace is well furnished for al fresco meals and relaxation overlooking the pool and palm trees to the sea beyond. From the villa, it’s a short walk to the rocky beach of Testa di Crasto or a few minutes’ drive to sandy coves, seafront restaurants and the town of Sciacca. The location is ideal for exploring the archaeological sites, beaches and vineyards on this stretch of coastline.

Interior:

The villa measures approximately 350 sqm over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance hall with sitting area; open-plan living space, dining table and kitchen; two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, each with direct access to the garden; guest bathroom; laundry room. FIRST FLOOR – Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, each with access to a private terrace and desk; one bedroom has a sofa and sitting area. From the upstairs landing, an external staircase leads to the rear garden. Please note: The property includes some steps without handrails.

Park:

The private grounds of over 2,000 sqm is developed into a terraced garden on multiple levels, alternating areas with lawn, pathways, and paved platforms that connect the different accesses to the house. You can relax on the lawn under the shade of a generous white mulberry tree or on the seating at the foot of the rock. At the back, half of the land is left in its natural, barren state, typical of the Mediterranean scrub in this area. From the dirt road that leads to the property, the private parking for two cars is located immediately below the steps that lead to the villa's entrance. Here, you are welcomed by a solarium terrace, whichleads to the veranda, furnished with a dining and living area shaded by a canopy. In this space, there is also a mobile barbecue. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The sea-view infinity pool is located directly in front of the veranda and can be reached with just a few steps from the interior open space. Rectangular in shape; measures 9 x 4.5 m with a depth of 1.50 m; lined with stoneware tiles; roman steps and lateral ladder for access; saltwater purification; internal and external lighting; solar shower. The surrounding solarium is paved and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
