We are in one of the most fascinating locations overlooking the Gulf of Castellamare, the largest in Sicily, a true amphitheatre on the sea, a town where every corner recounts something of its rich past and will amaze you with its coast touched by strips of sand bordered by pines, solitary towers, cliffs covered with prickly pears and an inlet that opens onto the rocks washed by a wonderful sea. Just a few more kilometers to reach the charming Tonnara of Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve, from where footpaths connect to San Vito lo Capo. It is a strategic point to reach Palermo, Monreale, Trapani, the Egadi Islands, Erice, and Marsala.
Interior:
The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, a big sliding glass door leads to the large living room with sofas (of which one double sofa bed) and TV area, dining area and modern kitchen. The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower. From the living room a flight of steps leads to the top floor with the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From the top floor an external staircase leads down to the private parking area and to the pergola.
Park:
The park, completely enclosed with mesh and hedges of metrosideros and oleanders, extends over three terraces on an area of 3000 sqm. The main terrace is the continuation of the living area where the pool is located, along with the pergola equipped with armchairs, offering a superb view that extends uninterrupted towards the undulating expanses of the infinite panorama on the hills dotted with rows of Alcamo DOC vineyards. Exiting from the kitchen, there is a veranda equipped with a cooking area, sink, and dining table, with a connecting door to the laundry room. Here, the garden features a lawn and a variety of aromatic officinal plants. An external staircase leads to the lower terrace where the parking area is located, and an automated gate opens to a driveway connecting to the main entrance on the first floor of the property. The driveway is bordered by a garden with typical Mediterranean scrub plants and a pergola with a sitting area at the exit of the master bedroom. From this position, one can enjoy the panorama of the Monti Inici, dotted with pink hues during sunset.

Swimming Pool:
The pool takes a front-row seat in the heart of the garden, situated in the most panoramic point of the property. Surrounded by colorful flowers, specimens of the Mediterranean scrub, and the stunning surrounding landscapes, it is rectangular in shape and equipped with a Roman staircase. The pool measures 5 x 10 m and has a constant depth of 1.40 m. Additionally, it features a 5 m sunbathing area. Lined with PVC, the pool is chlorinated for hygiene and can be used at night thanks to both internal and external lighting. Near the pergola, there is a cold-water shower. Strategically placed chairs and loungers maximize the panoramic view, offering the utmost comfort to enjoy the sun and scenery. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October.
