Outside, follow paths through an attractive, Mediterranean garden offering tranquil spaces and shaded terraces. Here you can enjoy al fresco dining under a pergola, relax by the large swimming pool, or make use of the outdoor kitchen. Welcome additional facilities include a gym, sauna and Turkish bath for wellness enthusiasts, ensuring a relaxing stay.

Interior:

The villa is spread over two levels, both with direct access to the outside. GROUND FLOOR: From the garden, a few steps lead to the main entrance, which opens into a three-level reception room featuring high ceilings with bleached beams, original Sicilian terracotta floors, and several cozy seating areas, each separated by a few steps. On this floor, there is a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an adjacent bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower (on a mezzanine level), another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a large lounge with a dining table, an additional breakfast room with a fireplace, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden. Accessible from the dining room are the laundry area and the spa area, which includes a well-equipped gym, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a bathroom with a shower. LOWER LEVEL: Two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom); One with a private bathroom with shower and tub. Both bedrooms have direct garden access. A central staircase connects the two floors.

Park:

Linera is located in an enchanting Mediterranean fenced-in oasis of 9,000 sq m (the gardens is enclosed by two-meter-high dry stone walls and an entrance gate with wide mesh). The property is characterised by large terracotta terraces, surrounded by flowering plants, cacti and typical Mediterranean trees, which extend between the two sections of the estate, creating different relaxation areas. A charming outdoor dining area, shaded by scented creepers, is accessible from both the kitchen and the adjacent dining room. Manicured paths wind around the property, connecting the main house to the gardens, also accessible from the ground floor bedrooms, the second master bedroom and the living area. In this part of the garden is the swimming pool and a terraced area with two pergolas: one set up for relaxation, the other for outdoor dining. This area is served by a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, with refrigerator, induction hob, sink, dishwasher and a convenient changing room with bathroom and shower. At the entrance to the property, past the automatic gate, is a driveway of about 100 metres that leads to a covered parking area with space for three cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located on a slightly sloping level of the garden, about 50 m from the back of the villa, easily reached in a few steps from the French windows on the ground floor. Surrounded by greenery, the irregularly-shaped pool, lined in tiles, measures 12 x 7 m with the depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.50 m and has a lateral ladder and Roman steps for access to the water. Surrounding the pool is the solarium area of about 60 sq m, equipped with 10 sunbeds for relaxation. Nearby are two pergolas: one furnished with comfortable sofas for relaxing and the other used as a dining area. A few steps away, serving the pool area, is an outdoor kitchen, complete with refrigerator, sink, dishes and dishwasher. There is also a changing room with bathroom and shower, while outside there is a mobile barbecue. The pool, purified with chlorine, can also be used at night thanks to internal and external lighting, and is open all year round. During the summer the pool can be heated by solar panels.
