Interior:
The 150 sq m, single-floor house is partially air conditioned. The main entrance leads directly to the living room with two niches and a raised area, typical of palmenti. The cosy and fully-equipped kitchen is completed by the dining area, forming a single convivial and informal room. Two adjacent bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, where you will also find the washing machine. The third bedroom, next to the living room, has an ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden at the back of the house.
Park:
The 7000 sq m property is immersed in a natural environment characterised mainly by cultivations of vines, while the area surrounding the house is adorned with fruit trees and flowering hedges that add a touch of lush beauty. Near the swimming pool, a secluded area contains a sitting and dining area. Also in the garden, a large dining table, set under a lovely canopy, is the ideal place for outdoor meals. From the entrance gate, a 200 m unpaved drive leads to the 3-car parking area.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located on the same level as the house which is just a couple of metres away and can be reached in a few steps from the French windows of the living area. Measuring 3.20 x 4.60 m, with a depth of 1.10 m, the pool has chlorine purification and Roman steps for access to the water. Bordered in light-coloured local stone in perfect harmony with the rest of the house, the surrounding sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs to create a perfect relaxation area. Nearby is an outdoor hot and cold-water shower. Thanks to both internal and external lighting, the pool can also be used at night. It will be available all year.
