PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Alba is a beautiful home with swimming pool, located in Giardini Naxos, with one of the most beautiful views of eastern Sicily, overlooking the sea, Mount Etna and Taormina, one of the most exclusive localities on the island. Villa Alba has warm, cosy rooms with fine furnishings and details, creating an almost surreal atmosphere, without renouncing any comforts. A special treat is the unique and romantic bedroom suite on the first floor, with a whirlpool tub in the room looking out over a breathtaking view. Outside is the well kept garden and panoramic swimming pool offering picture postcard views in each corner. The Villa is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends who wish to visit this splendid part of Sicily or to simply spend their days relaxing on the beach or in the pool, surrounded by this unique panorama.

VILLA ALBA HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.

Interior:

The property consists of the main house spread over two floors plus an annex on the ground floor. From the entrance gate, the driveway runs alongside the garden with swimming pool up to the large panoramic veranda which leads into the main part of the house with the large living room with fireplace which communicates with a guest bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen with American fridge. A staircase leads from the living room up to the first floor with the main bedroom suite with the whirlpool tub and bathroom with shower; the corridor leads to the twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower with the communicating double bedroom. On the second floor there are two more double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower. The annex is located on the back of the house and consists of a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and kitchen. Please note: the piano is not tuned.

Park:

The exterior of the property is characterized by a beautiful driveway with dry walls and succulents, as well as trees and palms in the lawn area which surrounds the panoramic swimming pool. There is also a portico, furnished with tables and sofas at the front of the house, with breathtaking views over the sea and Mount Etna. In a corner of the garden is a wood oven and barbecue where guests can prepare alfresco meals. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the pool is situated in front of the house, measures 5x10 m, with a varibale depth from 1,20 m to 2 m is purified with chlorine, lined with resin and has internal and external lighting. Access to the water is by traditional ladder or Roman steps and the solarium area is provided with sunbeds and sofas.

Overall a very nice property ideally located on the Ionian coast with Mt Etna in your backyard! Very convenient to Taormina and Catania. The property is beautiful and spacious. We had a party of 11 people and never felt crowded for space. The food services by Maria and Maria was outstanding and delicious! I would highly recommend this property and the women who made breakfasts and dinners for us in the villa!

Check-in was excellent. Property is gorgeous and furniture is really thought of. We loved the garden area, the huge terrace, the view, the pool (although not heated), the master bedroom with the jacuzzi, and the fantastic kitchen/dining area

We loved the outdoor pizza oven, outdoor grill, outdoor seating options and ping pong table. And of course, the view was spectacular. Also, the beds were really comfortable. Our family spent a memorable evening making homemade pizzas in that fabulous oven and enjoying them around the large farm style table. It's a vacation memory we will cherish. Thanks to the owner for sharing his special property with us!

The setting is very beautiful, but equally as important, the villa is quite exquisite. All amenities worked perfectly, and the fine details of the furnishings and decorations were very nice. We felt at home, very comfortable, and surrounded in luxury.

VILLA ALBA HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.

Interior:

The property consists of the main house spread over two floors plus an annex on the ground floor. From the entrance gate, the driveway runs alongside the garden with swimming pool up to the large panoramic veranda which leads into the main part of the house with the large living room with fireplace which communicates with a guest bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen with American fridge. A staircase leads from the living room up to the first floor with the main bedroom suite with the whirlpool tub and bathroom with shower; the corridor leads to the twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower with the communicating double bedroom. On the second floor there are two more double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower. The annex is located on the back of the house and consists of a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and kitchen. Please note: the piano is not tuned.

Park:

The exterior of the property is characterized by a beautiful driveway with dry walls and succulents, as well as trees and palms in the lawn area which surrounds the panoramic swimming pool. There is also a portico, furnished with tables and sofas at the front of the house, with breathtaking views over the sea and Mount Etna. In a corner of the garden is a wood oven and barbecue where guests can prepare alfresco meals. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the pool is situated in front of the house, measures 5x10 m, with a varibale depth from 1,20 m to 2 m is purified with chlorine, lined with resin and has internal and external lighting. Access to the water is by traditional ladder or Roman steps and the solarium area is provided with sunbeds and sofas.

Overall a very nice property ideally located on the Ionian coast with Mt Etna in your backyard! Very convenient to Taormina and Catania. The property is beautiful and spacious. We had a party of 11 people and never felt crowded for space. The food services by Maria and Maria was outstanding and delicious! I would highly recommend this property and the women who made breakfasts and dinners for us in the villa!

We loved the outdoor pizza oven, outdoor grill, outdoor seating options and ping pong table. And of course, the view was spectacular. Also, the beds were really comfortable. Our family spent a memorable evening making homemade pizzas in that fabulous oven and enjoying them around the large farm style table. It's a vacation memory we will cherish. Thanks to the owner for sharing his special property with us!

The setting is very beautiful, but equally as important, the villa is quite exquisite. All amenities worked perfectly, and the fine details of the furnishings and decorations were very nice. We felt at home, very comfortable, and surrounded in luxury.
