The villa is on one floor, consisting of two units, with French windows providing direct access to the garden from all rooms.
UNIT 1 - Living area with kitchen and open-plan living room with lounge and dining table; small room with washing machine (external access).
UNIT 2 - Two double bedrooms (one with divisible bed), each with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Park:
The garden surrounding the property features centuries-old olive trees, citrus trees, and cycads. A thick hedge separates the villa from the adjacent farm, which guests can visit to admire the mango, avocado, citrus, and olive trees.
A portico in front of the living room houses a relaxation area with sofas and armchairs. Parking area for four cars, shared with the adjacent property.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular pool, open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October, measures 7 x 2.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 m.
