Both bedrooms have direct access to the outside. External staircase leading to the roof terrace with hot tub.

The 500 sqm private grounds are bordered by a wall covered with climbing plants. The flat garden features lawn, lemon trees, and flowering shrubs, interspersed with paths and tiled terraces. The French windows of the living area open onto a terrace with the swimming pool and solarium, divided between lawn and paved areas. The access road is a dead end, providing parking for two cars per villa, located just outside the pedestrian gate leading to the villa via a paved driveway. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool, located just a few steps from the house in front of the living area, measures 11 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m.
