The exterior makes a nice living space thanks to the portico that extends along two sides and contains the outdoor dining area for moments of conviviality and a sitting area where you can immerse yourself in the tranquillity of nature. The strong points of this property are the living area, spread over two floors connected to each other thanks to the mezzanine, an element which adds useful space but is also a valuable architectural element to unite the rooms, and the large corner window that lets in natural light, creating a perfect union between inside and outside. The large and bright living room on the ground floor merges elegantly with the kitchen in a functional and modern open-plan area. Interior:

Villa Dada has three floors covering an area of about 250 sq m. The main entrance is located on the ground floor and leads into the open-plan area with living room, dining room and kitchen with central island, with access to the outside via a French window. The living area also contains a billiard table and table football. The kitchen is equipped with a pantry. A guest bathroom completes the floor. From the living area, stairs lead down to the basement with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and the laundry area, while the wooden stairs lead up to the first floor where the loft hosts the TV room and then the sleeping area consisting of a twin bedroom (two queen size beds), two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a wardrobe room.

Park:

The garden around the villa covers an area of about 800 sqm, spread over different levels. You are welcomed at the entrance by pine trees which, with their foliage, create a chiaroscuro of light and shadow. Once past the iron gate, a cemented drive winds, slightly uphill, for a few metres among the pines to the parking area. From here, a gravel path, framed by two low stone walls leads to the basement level of the house. On the left side is the stone staircase with iron railing that leads to the ground floor with the main entrance and a well-kept lawn area surrounding the house. Here the stone portico, elegantly furnished with a dining area, directly connected to the kitchen, and a sitting area, presents itself as the ideal oasis for enjoying moments of conviviality and relaxation. To the side of the dining area, on the lawn, is a built-in barbecue. Walking along the lawn, slightly lower than the ground floor, you come to the pool area, surrounded by a hedge. Embracing the property, at a higher level, is woodland with tall trees typical of Mediterranean scrub, bestowing a sense of peace and tranquillity. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool area is located in a part of the garden between the ground floor and the basement, surrounded by lawn and partly delimited by hedges. The rectangular pool, accessible from the ground floor of the villa across the lawn, measures 12 x 4.5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m and is equipped with internal and external lighting, salt purification and Roman steps for access to the water.. The surrounding solarium area, partly stone and partly lawn, is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas to provide guests with maximum comforts, as well as a cold-water shower. The swimming pool will remain open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Villa Dada is equidistant between the towns of Castelnuovo della Misericordia and Gabbro, where you can find a wide range of services, public transport, shops of all kinds and a few restaurants. Gabbro is located in the territory of the Camaiano Cultural Park, an area of great historical, cultural, artistic and landscape interest. The park, established in 2016 by the Comitato Salvaguardia e Sviluppo di Territorio e Occupazione Onlus (CSSTO) (Non-profit Committee for the Protection and Development of Territory and Employment) , was initially created to oppose the opening of a clay quarry in the middle of the hills; subsequently the aim of the Camaiano Cultural Park project was to enhance the territory, the typical Tuscan landscape, so beautiful that from a landscape point of view it was defined by Fernand Braudel as "the most moving countryside that exists" and portrayed, in the 19th century by various painters, in particular the Macchiaiolo painter Silvestro Lega, whose commemorative bust is located in the small square of Gabbro. Castelnuovo della Misericordia, on the other hand, boasts ancient origins thanks to the passage first of the Etruscans and then of the Romans, but it was in the Middle Ages that it became, thanks to its geographical position, an important connecting route between Pisa and the south of the Region, so much so that a castle was built here, unfortunately no longer visible. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is an insurance coverage developed in partnership with EuropAssistance which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are protected in the case of eventual damage to the property caused accidentally during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1500 euro);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
  • you can enjoy your villa holiday in greater tranquillity.
