Guests can walk to the beach for swimming, snorkelling and seaside dining, while Rio Nell’Elba, Portoferraio and hiking trails are all within easy reach. Nisporto is a peaceful, scenic setting for those seeking relaxation close to nature.

GROUND FLOOR – Entrance from the panoramic terrace; open-plan living area with dining table, kitchen and lounge; double bedroom; bathroom with shower; stairs to upper floor. FIRST FLOOR – Hallway with secondary entrance; two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with tub (one with sea-view balcony); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the same balcony. First floor bedrooms have Smart TVs. All fireplaces are ornamental.

L’area esterna, parzialmente recintata, si sviluppa su un terreno terrazzato di circa 3000 mq, piantumato con pini marittimi, cipressi e arbusti mediterranei. Una terrazza pavimentata di 650 mq si affaccia sul mare ed è arredata con lettini prendisole, ombrellone, tavolo da pranzo e due pergolati. Un pergolato di 50 mq ospita una cucina esterna con vista mare, dotata di barbecue in muratura, lavello, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e zona lounge. Il secondo pergolato, di 20 mq, comprende una zona pranzo e la vasca idromassaggio riscaldabile con depurazione a cloro e doccia in pietra adiacente. Una seconda doccia esterna con acqua calda si trova vicino alla terrazza principale. La lavanderia è situata tra l’ingresso e l’area idromassaggio. Il parcheggio può ospitare fino a quattro auto. L’accesso avviene tramite un vialetto asfaltato e ripido di circa 300 metri.
