La Piciola - Baite Valon offers the true mountain atmosphere with its location immersed in forests and nature, while also being tastefully furnished and equipped with modern comforts, maintaining its traditional charm. It is perfect for those who want to break away from their daily routine and reconnect with the tranquility and natural beauty of the surroundings. The hut is built and furnished with high-quality natural materials and attention to detail. In winter, the area is ideal for snow sports enthusiasts, with prestigious ski resorts like Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo nearby. In summer, you can easily access the Adamello-Brenta Nature Park, offering fantastic hiking opportunities in the woods and the chance to enjoy the pristine nature. A variety of outdoor activities are available, including trekking, mountain biking, and nature walks to discover local flora and fauna. The hut develops on a single floor with an area of about 50 square meters. It consists of an entrance that directly leads into the living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room (with one extra single sofa bed). From the hallway, you can access the master bedroom and the bathroom with a shower and infrared sauna. The dining room is directly connected to the outdoor dining area with a fixed barbecue and furniture for outdoor meals.

Park:

The meadow surrounding the hut covers approximately 3,000 square meters and includes a parking area with at least 6 parking spaces. The entire land, which features a forest with tall trees where the huts are located, has a surface area of 10,000 square meters. This land is bordered on one side by a small stream that flows from a mountain spring. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
