Interior:
The house consists of 2 independent floors connected only by an external staircase. On the ground floor there are the living room with open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with exit next to the pergola equipped for outdoor dining, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and direct exit to the garden, and two twin bedrooms (with joinable beds) sharing a bathroom with tub, one of which has a direct exit to the garden. On the top floor is a further living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) served by a bathroom with tub. The washing machine is located in a technical compartment at the side of the house with access from the outside. The fireplaces can be used on request.
Park:
The park is completely fenced and extends for about one hectare of land, mostly busy by the accessible olive grove that borders one side of the garden. At the end of cypress-lined drive leading to the entrance to the property, immediately after which is the shaded parking area, is the garden mainly covered in lawn with majestic oaks and holm oaks, olive, lemon and pomegranate trees and red rose bushes. Portico, pergola and the seats scattered throughout the garden offer a beautiful view of Monte Amiata. The pergola at the back near the kitchen is equipped with a dining table and, more distant towards the hedge that delimits the border is the brick barbecue. The location of the property is quiet and secluded, despite being located just a few metres from the main road.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October, the sunny swimming pool is set in a beautiful secluded panoramic position. It is located on a slightly lower terrace than the house (reachable down 6 steps or walking trought the garden) which is about 40 m away. The rectangular pool measures 5x10 m with a constant depth of 1,50 m. Lined in PVC with a stone border, it has chlorine purification, a metal ladder for access to the water, has a cold outdoor shower, lighting inside the water and in the solarium. The sunbathing area, where you can relax in all tranqullity, is bordered by a discreet hedge and is equipped with sunbeds, pergola and umbrella.
