Interior:
The property consists of the main farmhouse and two annexes; the total surface area is approximately 600 sqm. MAIN HOUSE (on three floors connected internally) – Entrance hall (where the staircase leading to the first floor is also located); open-plan living room with lounge area and dining table; kitchen with adjoining pantry. Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located in a private, fenced area of the property, surrounded by dense woodland vegetation, just a few metres from the buildings and accessible through a gated entrance for children’s safety. The rectangular pool features stepped entry; dimensions are 7 x 15 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 m. The interior is PVC-lined with a travertine edge; water treatment is provided by a salt system. The sunbathing area is equipped with sun loungers, chairs, small tables and a cold-water shower, and is fitted with lighting. Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
