Interior:
Podere Santa Croce consists of two independent buildings 60 m apart, the farmhouse and the annex. The FARMHOUSE has two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor is the main entrance which opens into the entrance hall, connected to the sitting room with TV and a French window at the rear of the house, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a French window on the pool side, the kitchen and the dining room with access to the external dining area and internal stairs. The stairs lead up to the first floor, with two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with tub, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (with an external terrace). The ANNEX is composed of a sitting room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Park:
Podere Santa Croce is surrounded by wooded areas and extends over a terrain of 1,7 hectares. The areas around the house and the annex are in part natural with oaks and poplars that provide pleasant shaded areas, and in part cultivated with oleanders , helichrysum, rosemary and laurel. The paved terraces, especially the one between the house and the annex, are suitable for setting up long tables for convivial moments. The property is accessed from a dirt road which ends inside the property. The parking area, partly covered with the garage (for 1 car max height 1,65mt), and partly uncovered (for 6 cars), is inside the property on the drive behind the house, in a more secluded area. The garage is also used as a storeroom (with chest freezer) and laundry area. Under the swimming pool is a storeroom for private use both for the technical room of the swimming pool and for the storage of farm tools and machinery.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located 30 metres from the house and 30 metres from the annex, on terracing paved with terracotta and partially enclosed by hedges of laurel, oleander, rosemary, helichrysum and lavender. It is reached along a gravel path. Rectangular and measuring 16 x 8 m with the depth varying from 1.50 to 2.50 m, the pool is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification and internal lighting. There is a solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Access times are from 8 am to 7 pm.
