With its timeless architecture, lush garden and spacious outdoor pool, this villa offers a serene retreat for families or groups seeking an authentic Tuscan experience. The farmhouse combines rustic charm with modern comforts, featuring tastefully furnished interiors, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor areas designed for relaxation. Its strategic location provides easy access to renowned cultural destinations and natural attractions in Tuscany.

Interior:

The farmhouse has two floors. GROUND FLOOR: the main entrance, located in the area of the portico adjacent to the parking area, leads to the living area furnished with comfortable sofas and communicating, on the left, with the large fully-equipped kitchen while, on the right, is the TV room and the dining area which communicates with the multi-purpose area. Guest bathroom. Adjacent to the external portico is a guest bathroom with washing machine. FIRST FLOOR: From the TV area on the ground floor, next to the guest bathroom, a stone staircase leads up to the main sleeping area with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. From the living room adjacent to the entrance, a wooden spiral staircase leads up to the second sleeping area consisting of a suite with double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Park:

Past the entrance automatic gate and following the dirt road you come to Tenuta Francigena. The property is surrounded by a 5000 sq m lawned garden, bordered by flowers and herbs, rose bushes and essences typical of the area such as laurels, pomegranates, olive trees, cypresses and an oak wood. Within this perimeter is the swimming pool, complete with furniture, and the parking area. On the side facing the pool area is the outdoor dining area shaded by a pergola and equipped with a barbecue. In the space shaded by the portico is the living area furnished with comfortable seating. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool of Tenuta Francigena is a true oasis of tranquillity and relaxation. Surrounded by lush green fields and oak woods, the pool is located at the back of the house which is just 15 metres away. The pool measures 5 x 10 m with a depth of 1.40 m, guaranteeing everyone ample freedom of movement, and has salt purification, internal lighting and Roman steps for access to the water. The natural stone border and the comfortable sunbeds on the lawn allow guests to relax in the sun or to sip an apéritif shaded by the umbrellas. In the solarium area is a hot and cold-water solar shower.The pool is open from the last saturday of April to the first saturday of October.
