Villa Le Tornaie consists of three independent residential units with the first two located on the first floor and accessible from the courtyard up a flight of stairs while the last one, on the ground floor, has access directly from the courtyard. UNIT 1 (first floor) consists of a living room, kitchen with pantry, guest bathroom (no bidet), two double bedrooms with divisible beds and ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The fire place is ornamental. UNIT 2 (first floor) consists of a living room and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. UNIT 3 (ground floor). The entrance leads into a living room, followed by a hallway (1 step) leading to a double bedroom (with divisible beds) with adjacent bathroom with shower. The wellness area has independent access and consists of a room with ping-pong table, a weight room and the wellness area with Hamman, shower, WC, sauna and room with hydromassage tub. The laundry room is located externally and is accessible from the courtyard. On the corner of the house there 4 cameras disattivated and not working.

Villa Le Tornaie stands within an estate of about 2000 sq m, on an expanse of lawn that cloaks the hillside, where the view is lost among the typical Tuscan panoramas. The villa is bordered by a hedge of evergreen shrubs. The stone-paved courtyard that connects the four residential units is equipped with a table shaded by two umbrellas, a wood-burning oven and a barbecue. Between the driveway and the courtyard, surrounded by greenery, is the swimming pool. A large parking area is located at the end of the driveway into the property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool of Villa Le Tornaie is located 80 metres from the courtyard and is reached via a path across the grass or down a flight of 6 steps. The pool area is delimited by a wooden fence. Rectangular and measuring 10 x 5 m with a depth from 1.10 m to 1.50, the pool has chlorine purification, internal lighting and Roman steps on one of the two short sides for access to the water. The tiled sunbathing area is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and there is a solar shower located right next to the pool. The pool will be available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Since Roman times and throughout the Middle Ages, the area has had an important role as a border territory in which important families of the past have alternated, traces of which can be seen in the numerous historical monuments and archaeological sites.
