Interior:
This property is divided onto two floors and is furnished in a very functional manner. From the main entrance one leads into the large spacious living room, equipped with sofa’s and a large wooden table. From the living room one leads into the fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom next to which there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor is only accessible via an external stone staircase or two comfortable ramps which lead from the garden. From the veranda, furnished with complete kitchen, dining area and external living, one can enter directly into the living room which is equipped with fireplace and the kitchen/dining room. From the living room, via two corridors one leads into the night zone. From the right hand corridor there are two double bedrooms each with internal bathroom with shower (one of the rooms is suitable also for disable people), whereas via the left hand corridor this leads to an additional twin bedroom (with joinable beds) and a bathroom with shower.
Park:
The property extends to over 12 hectares characterised by olive groves and forests. The surrounding area is a splendid lawn with terrace which leads to the swimming pool. A spacious veranda with views over the Lake of Trasimeno, ideal for an “al Fresco” dinners is located on the first floor. This large veranda has a complete built-in kitchen, barbecue, dining area with table and chairs and a living are furnished with sofas and table. The parking area, with ten spaces in the open, is located on the top of the property in the end of the driveway.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The fenced pool distances about 20 meters from the property, accessible via a staircase or a ramp. The pool measures 5 x 13 m with a constant depth of 1,40 m, the entrance in though steps and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The pool area is fenced and equipped with sun loungers, pool chairs and umbrellas. Also at guests disposal is an external shower. The access to the fenced pool, is through two gates. At about 5 m from the external kitchen there is a heated 6 people hydro-massage tub.
