PRIVATE STRUCTURE (rental only). Assisi White Cottage is an enchanting retreat located in the heart of Umbria, between Cannara and Bettona, with breathtaking views of Assisi and Monte Subasio. This elegant villa blends contemporary furnishings with charming traditional details, such as hand-decorated doors, porcelain stoneware, and wooden parquet floors. The property’s bright interiors, spacious open-plan design and well-kept garden make it an ideal base for exploring Umbria’s medieval towns and rolling hills.

Interior:

Assisi White Cottage has three floors, covering an area of approximately 300 sqm. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance leading to a large, bright living room with sofas, armchairs and TV; adjacent veranda with dining area and large windows overlooking the swimming pool; spacious kitchen with ornamental fireplace; double bedroom; bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR - Three double bedrooms; twin bedroom with joinable beds; two bathrooms (one with tub and shower, one with shower); two bedrooms share a panoramic terrace with views of Assisi. BASEMENT - Large multipurpose room with treadmill; bathroom with shower; laundry room. All bedrooms, the living room and the veranda are equipped with air conditioning.

Park:

The completely enclosed property is situated on a hill at 250 m above sea level, offering views of Assisi and Mount Subasio. The 3,000 sqm garden slopes gently from the house towards the gate, featuring Mediterranean fruit trees, hedges, and fragrant flowers. Comfortable outdoor areas are equipped for relaxation and al fresco dining. A large portico in front of the main entrance provides shade during the hottest hours, while the first-floor terrace is ideal for sunset aperitifs. The outdoor dining area, located near the pool, sits under a pergola with table and chairs, with a barbecue nearby, creating the perfect space for outdoor meals. A few metres from the automatic iron gate is a parking area with two uncovered spaces; continuing 40 m towards the villa is another parking area with three uncovered spaces. In the lower part of the property is an enclosure equipped for dogs. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private swimming pool, for exclusive use of guests, is located at the most panoramic point of the property, just 5 m from the villa, on a slightly raised level accessed via five steps. Rectangular shape; dimensions 11 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; sand-coloured PVC lining; salt purification; access via five submerged steps on one side. Internal and external lighting allows for night use. Grey porcelain stoneware solarium; sunbeds, deckchairs, tables, and a large pergola with a furnished area for outdoor dining. Hot-water shower and dedicated pool bathroom. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
