Interior:
Assisi White Cottage has three floors covering an area of about 300 sqm.
GROUND FLOOR: The main entrance leads to the large, bright living room furnished with sofas, armchairs and TV. Adjacent is the veranda with dining area and large windows offering a splendid view of the swimming pool. The living room and veranda communicate with the large kitchen with ornamental fireplace. The floor is completed by a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: From the living room, a brick staircase leads up to the first floor with three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) and two bathrooms: one with tub and shower and the other with shower. Two of the bedrooms also share a splendid panoramic terrace with a view of Assisi.
BASEMENT: From the ground floor, a brick staircase leads down to the basement, with a large multipurpose room with treadmill, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
All the bedrooms, the living room and the veranda are equipped with air conditioning.
Park:
The completely enclosed property (with wire mesh and 1.80 m high hedges), is situated on a hill at 250 m above sea level, with a view of the town of Assisi and Mount Subasio. The villa is framed by about 3000 sqm of well-kept garden, sloping down from the house towards the gate. The green lawns are full of Mediterranean fruit trees, hedges and fragrant flowers. Around Assisi White Cottage there are comfortable areas equipped for relaxing and eating outdoors. The large portico in front of the main entrance provides shade during the hottest hours while the terrace on the first floor is perfect for an aperitif at sunset. The outdoor dining area, located in the pool area, is located under a pergola equipped with table and chairs, with a barbecue nearby, making this space ideal for al fresco lunch or dinner. A few metres from the automatic iron gate is a first parking area with 2 uncovered spaces and, continuing on for about 40 metres, near the villa, there is a further area with 3 uncovered spaces. In the lower part of the property is an enclosure equipped for dogs.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, for exclusive use of the guests, is located in the most panoramic point of the property, just 5 metres from the villa, positioned on a slightly raised level and reached up five steps. The rectangular pool, lined in sand-coloured PVC, measures 11 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m and is accessible via 5 submerged steps on one side. The pool has salt purification and can also be used at night thanks to both internal and external lighting. The solarium, in grey porcelain stoneware, is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, tables and a large pergola with a furnished area for outdoor dining. By the pool is a hot-water shower and a bathroom. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
