PRIVATE STRUCTURE (Lease only). Ca' Cantoni is situated in a peaceful, panoramic position on the slopes of the magnificent Rocca di Garda. Surrounded by extensive grounds and breathtaking views over Lake Garda, it is an exceptional location for a break in this scenic part of Italy. Recently renovated with great care and quality finishes, this country house retains much of its authentic charm, combining exposed wooden beamed ceilings, stone walls and original fireplaces with modern furnishings that enhance its traditional Italian style. A dining terrace and barbeque set the scene for leisurely meals together.

Interior:

The villa is set over two floors. The ground floor features a welcoming living room with an original fireplace and satellite TV; a bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, dishwasher and all essential appliances. Guests can dine indoors at the large table in the kitchen or enjoy al fresco meals on the spacious outdoor terrace, complete with a barbecue and parasol. Upstairs, the first bedroom includes a loft area with two single beds below and a master bed above, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower. Two additional bedrooms offer master beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The fourth bedroom, with a master bed on the loft, boasts a stunning lake view from the belvedere and the en-suite bathroom, where a bathtub offers the ultimate relaxation. All rooms are air-conditioned for comfort.

Park:

Ca' Cantoni's expansive garden is a tranquil haven featuring native plants, apple trees, figs and persimmons, reflecting the natural ecosystem of the Rocca. The secluded location from the terrace invites guests to unwind, surrounded by nature. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Nestled within the verdant garden, the private pool offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Garda. Measuring 9 x 4 m, it is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and is open from the 20th of April to the 1st of October.
