Surrounded by extensive grounds and breathtaking views over Lake Garda, it is an exceptional location for a break in this scenic part of Italy. Recently renovated with great care and quality finishes, this country house retains much of its authentic charm, combining exposed wooden beamed ceilings, stone walls and original fireplaces with modern furnishings that enhance its traditional Italian style. A dining terrace and barbeque sets the scene for leisurely meals together.

Interior:

The villa is set over two floors. GROUND FLOOR – Living room and study with ancient fireplace and satellite TV; fully equipped kitchen; dining area with large table; guest bathroom. The kitchen has direct access to a spacious outdoor terrace with a barbecue and umbrella. FIRST FLOOR – Bedroom with loft area featuring two single beds below and a master bed above with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower; two additional double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Fourth bedroom with a master bed in the loft, offering lake views from both the belvedere and the en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by an extensive, well-maintained private garden with mature trees, lawns, and terraced levels connected by stone steps. Verdant and well-landscaped, it features native plants and fruit trees, including apple trees, figs, and persimmons, reflecting the natural ecosystem of the Rocca. Various points in the garden offer panoramic views of Lake Garda. Beyond the garden, the landscape extends into tree-covered hills and vineyards, enhancing the villa’s secluded setting. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Nestled within the verdant garden, the private pool offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Garda. Measuring 9 x 4 m, it features an infinity edge; sunbeds and umbrellas provide a well-equipped relaxation area. The pool is open from 20 April to 1 October.
