The villa is spread over two floors, blending rustic character with modern updates.
GROUND FLOOR: The bright living area includes a spacious kitchen with a dining table and a cosy living room that opens onto the outdoor porch and pool area. A service bathroom with a washing machine completes this level.
FIRST FLOOR: A steep, original wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms are equipped with fans for comfort. There is no air-conditioning.
Park:
The villa is set within a fully fenced garden, ensuring privacy and tranquillity. Upon entering through the electric gate, guests can park up to two cars on the property. The outdoor area is delightful, featuring a large covered terrace with a gas BBQ, ideal for al fresco meals, and ample space to relax with a glass of wine. The lawn and tall trees provide shade and a serene ambiance for unwinding.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, located on a decked area within the garden, measures 9 x 4 m and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for relaxation. It is open from May 1st to October 20th.
