It is an oasis of style and tranquillity located in Cappella Maggiore (Treviso), immersed in the charm of history and the natural beauty of the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Villa Barchessa Panigai is an elegant independent "jewel" set within the large estate of Villa Panigai. It is separated from the main villa by a beautiful lawn that acts as a natural divider between the two properties. Villa Barchessa Panigai offers seven carefully restored double bedrooms (in the biggest solution), leaving the original structure and charm intact. Each of the rooms that make up Villa Barchessa Panigai is characterised by a different touch of design and rare elegance. Within the villa there is (upon request) a SPA area with hydromassage tub, sauna and Turkish bath, as well as a gym that will allow guests to enjoy an all-round relaxing and wellness holiday. Adjacent to Villa Barchessa Panigai, and for the exclusive use of its guests, is the swimming pool surrounded by a large relaxation area with sunbeds where guests can spend pleasant moments immersed in the greenery of the park. In addition, guests will have the entire park of the estate at their disposal and a dedicated driveway that ends right in front of the Barchessa. Villa Panigai is currently the private residence of the owner, a very discreet person who will not interfere in the privacy of the guests. Please Note: when the property is rented in this solution no other guests will be present on site.
Interior:
Villa Barchessa Panigai has three floors and a tower. Entrance is from the elegant courtyard leading to the large entrance portico, enclosed with large French windows and used as a relaxation area, with sofas and billiard table, a veritable winter garden that serves as a perfect liaison between the outdoor and indoor living areas. Continuing on, you come to the central part of the ground floor, with the stairwell and the goods lift (which only serves the two main floors of the villa and not the tower). From here, two very distinct areas of the villa develop: to the right is the SPA with with shower, sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage tub and gym, while to the left of the stairs is the large kitchen, complete with professional-level equipment, and the dining roomwith ornamental fireplace . The ground floor is completed by a guest bathroom. Going upstairs, you come to a relax area that communicates with the sleeping area of this floor, composed of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower . From the hallway of the sleeping area, a wide staircase leads up to the second floor, consisting of a majestic hall, elegantly furnished and divided into different areas: a relaxation area with TV, a reading area with a large, well-stocked bookcase, a dining area with a large table and a kitchenette where you can have breakfast. Completing the flower a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. The stairs continue up to the tower, with access to the large terrace with a panoramic view of the entire property and the surrounding landscape.
Park:
The fenced park of Villa Barchessa Panigai surrounds both villas for approximately 17,000 sqm with a lawn in which is a beautiful tree-lined and illuminated driveway in white gravel. Within the park are tall trees and plants that form a lovely natural setting, at the end of which the Barchessa emerges in all its splendour and elegance. From the villa, two centuries-old hanging beech trees can be seen towering above the fruit trees and the fabulous hedge of hydrangeas and roses. From here you can also catch a glimpse of the pond with fish and turtles, and an gazebo with table and chairs. This place offers moments of leisure and relaxation, ideal for reading a good book, sheltered from the summer heat. The elegance of the neoclassical architecture blends harmoniously with the wonder of the large park, whose imposing trees and plants create an evocative natural setting, ideal for walks in the green. The two villas are divided by a central garden, which remains in the use of Villa Panigai (inhabited by the discreet owner), while the entire park of the estate and the dedicated driveway which ends right in front of the Barchessa are for the exclusive use of guests.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool of Villa Barchessa Panigai is set in the large park of centuries-old trees and can be reached from the dirt track leading to the villa and which then continues into the large garden leading to the pool. Measuring 20 x 8 m with the depth varying from 1 m at the entrance and then sloping down to 1.80 m, the pool is lined in blue PVC and has salt purification, both internal and external lighting and a steel ladder for access to the water. Next to the pool, in the solarium area, is a 4-seater hydromassage tub. The edge of the pool is in porcelain stoneware with R11 anti-slip treatment and is equipped with sunbeds, a gazebo with table, chairs and a changing room with service bathroom. There is also a hot and cold-water shower. The swimming pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
