The outdoor areas include a private pool, a hot tub in a panoramic position and furnished terraces with lake views. The villa enjoys a strategic location close to the centre, beaches and the main activities of Lake Garda, making it the ideal starting point for excursions, food and wine tours and visits to amusement parks in the area and cities of art such as Verona, Mantua and Venice.

Park:

The meticulously-maintained, fenced garden alternates between colourful hydrangeas and Mediterranean plants in a harmony of colours and scents. The outdoor areas and the panoramic terraces on each level are set up for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic views of the lake. The property is accessed via a driveway gate, past which is the parking area and access to the basement garage. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is reached along a stone walkway in the garden. Rectangular and measuring 12 x 6 m with the depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 m, it is lined with tiles and equipped with an access ladder, internal lighting and a chlorine purification system. The solarium area around the perimeter is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. In the area is a heated whirpool tub for 4 people. The pool and the tub are open from 10 May to 30 September.
