An elegant villa with a distinctive arched portico terrace, it is surrounded by an impressive lawned garden, landscaped with mature plants and trees, with an inviting outdoor pool at its heart. Spacious and welcoming inside, the furnishings are stylish and comfortable, blending artistic touches with modern amenities, including a gym on the lower ground floor. This serene retreat is perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing holiday near Lake Garda.

Interior:

The villa is spread over two floors, designed to combine space and comfort. GROUND FLOOR: Guests are welcomed into a large living room featuring plush sofas, comfortable armchairs, a traditional fireplace, and satellite TV. The adjacent dining area offers a choice between indoor dining or enjoying meals al fresco under the breezy porch facing the pool. The connected kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils for preparing family meals. This floor also includes a twin bedroom with a closet and a bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the basement, where guests will find a gym, a laundry area, and an additional bathroom. FIRST FLOOR: The sleeping area comprises two master bedrooms, each with a built-in closet and en-suite bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms features a third single bed, making it ideal for families.

Park:

The extensive garden is surrounded by vineyards, a verdant and scenic backdrop for your stay. The outdoor spaces include a large, covered porch with a dining table and a barbecue, perfect for meals with family and friends. The expansive lawn and mature trees provide shaded spots for relaxation. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, set in the centre of the garden, measures 10 x 6 m and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. It is open from May 15th to October 10th.
