Villa Montelago is a property of extraordinary charm; in offering it to our guests we would like to point out that, given that the surrounding land is steep, Villa Montelago is not a suitable solution for families with children.

Interior:

The villa is set over two floors on the hillside that hosts the property, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. GROUND FLOOR – An open-plan space comprising a living room, dining area, and kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the terrace with views of the lake and mountains. There is also a master bedroom with a panoramic terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. LOWER FLOOR – Two double bedrooms with large panoramic windows, a spacious bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, and a living room with a TV. The property also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Park:

On the terrace, you'll find a large table under the portico and a rocking chair for relaxing moments. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private pool, integrated into the terrace, offers a wide view of the lake and is equipped with sun loungers for maximum comfort. The pool has a rectangular shape with dimensions 3 x 8 m and a constant depth of 1.40 m. The pool is available all year round.
