PRIVATE STRUCTURE (rental only). Villa Palladini is situated in a hillside setting in Pai di Torri del Benaco, a tranquil village on the eastern shores of Lake Garda. Overlooking the lake and surrounded by olive trees, it is one of a cluster of private villas. Filled with natural light and a backdrop of lake views, the modern interiors are welcoming and comfortable, with glass doors out to lawns on two levels and a large balcony. An inviting pool on the upper garden level with sun loungers is the setting for blissful relaxation. Renovated in 2022, the villa is ideal for families or small groups.

Interior:

The villa spans two floors and features bright, airy interiors designed with comfort in mind. FIRST FLOOR: Upon entering, guests are welcomed into the air-conditioned living area with a dining table for six and a comfortable sofa, perfectly positioned to enjoy the lake view through large windows. These lead to a terrace furnished with a dining table and rocking chair, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing at sunset. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and all necessary equipment for preparing meals. This floor also includes a double bedroom with air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe and a garden view, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower. GROUND FLOOR: A staircase with a glass balustrade leads to a study area with a second living room featuring a Smart TV and satellite channels. This space includes a French bed, ideal for children. The corridor leads to a twin bedroom with air conditioning and panoramic French windows that open onto the garden, furnished with sun loungers for tranquil relaxation. This floor also has a bathroom with a large shower and a laundry room with a washing machine.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden with mature olive trees, providing a private and serene outdoor space. A dining table shaded by a parasol is perfect for al fresco meals, while the garden steps lead guests to the villa’s charming surroundings. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private pool is situated in a panoramic position with a 180-degree view of Lake Garda. It measures 9 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m and is accessed via steps. The pool is complemented by an outdoor solar shower and a solarium area with sun loungers. The pool is open from May 1st to October 30th.
