Interior:

The villa spans two levels, designed to balance comfort and sophistication. FIRST FLOOR: Guests are welcomed into a spacious, open-plan living area furnished with modern, slick furnishings. The space is divided into two zones: an upper seating area with a sofa and flat-screen satellite TV, and a lower lounge with two additional sofas, perfect for enjoying the panoramic lake view. Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, which leads to a fully equipped separate kitchen featuring a gas stove, dishwasher, oven and all the essentials for preparing meals. Full-wall windows open onto a sweeping, smooth terrace that offers an inspiring setting for alfresco dining or simply soaking in the views. A staircase connects to the ground floor. GROUND FLOOR: This level is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a games room with a table tennis table, ideal for guests of all ages. Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washing machine and drying area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The sleeping area includes four air-conditioned bedrooms: a master suite with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and stunning lake views; a second double bedroom; a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with a bathtub and shower attachment; and a fourth double bedroom with its own bathroom.

Park:

The villa’s outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to maximise the spectacular setting. From the living room, guests can access the large sweeping terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and a wood-burning barbecue. The terrace is perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing while gazing over the surrounding olive groves and lake. The garden offers additional seating areas, creating a serene environment for unwinding. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private pool is a highlight of Villa Pirandello, set in a prime position to enjoy uninterrupted lake views. Measuring 9 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 2 m, the pool is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a pergola for shade. It provides a picturesque spot for relaxation and is open from March 20th to October 30th.
