Description:

Climbing along the picturesque road connecting Torri del Benaco to the mountains, you'll find Villa Pirandello in a privileged position that ensures privacy and a spectacular lake view. The villa welcomes you with a gated driveway leading to a closed garage for one car and a covered outdoor space for two additional cars.

Interior:

Going up to the first floor, you enter the spacious living room, which is divided into two levels. The upper part features a sofa with a flat-screen satellite TV, while the lower part has two sofas perfect for spending time with friends and family while enjoying the lake view. The living area is complemented by a dining area near the separate kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, and everything needed for cooking. A staircase from the living room leads to the ground floor, which features a large room with a ping pong table, perfect for hours of fun and entertainment. This floor also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying area and a bathroom with shower. Villa Pirandello has four bedrooms. The master suite, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, overlooks the lake. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a large room with two single beds sharing a full bathroom with tub with shower hook, and another double bedroom with its own bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Park:

From the living room, you can access the large terrace overlooking the lake, furnished with an outdoor dining table. On the side, there is a large wood-burning barbecue. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Experience your holiday outdoors at Villa Pirandello. The focal point of summer life is undoubtedly the pool, which overlooks the lake and is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a pergola to provide shade, ensuring perfect relaxation. The pool measures 6 x 9 m and has a minimum depth of 1.4 m and a maximum of 2 m. It will be open from 20/03 to 30/10.
