PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Rose is a comfortable and welcoming villa located in the charming lakeside village of Bardolino on the southeastern shores of Lake Garda. Its excellent position offers easy access to the lake as well as to local shops and restaurants. Surrounded by a verdant garden with olive trees, hedges and lawns, it is a peaceful and private retreat. Inside, the villa features fresh, airy interiors designed for relaxation and convenience, making it an ideal choice for families or groups.

Interior:

The villa spans one main floor with approximately 200 sq m of space. MAIN FLOOR: Open-plan living area with air-conditioned lounge, sofas, flat-screen TV and dining area seating eight; Modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas stove, dishwasher and direct access to the terrace through sliding glass doors; Bathroom with shower near the entrance; Four bedrooms comprising three doubles and one twin with joinable beds, all equipped with air conditioning, bedside tables and wardrobes; Large bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment; Balcony accessible from the end of the corridor. A separate room near the pool houses a washing machine and shower.

Park:

The property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and tranquillity. The garden features olive trees, hedges and a lawned area, creating a serene environment. A terrace, shaded by an awning, is equipped with a dining table, ideal for outdoor meals. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, located just a few metres from the villa, is surrounded by a verdant garden: Rectangular shape; Dimensions 9 x 4 m; Equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.
