The villa with its park and swimming pool for exclusive use are set in woodland, and are part of the larger complex of the Golf Club "I Lauri", accessible to guests, who can take advantage of discounts on the entry fees. The presence of the Golf Club - created by an internationally renowned designer with the aim of preserving the conformation of the wood in which it is located - enriches the property with splendid lawns and relaxing panoramic landscapes, some with views of the Adriatic Sea.

Interior:
The villa has three floors. Opposite the main entrance to the villa, in a separate room, is the golf club reception with a small bar, available to guests during opening hours. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into the spacious living area, comprising the living room and a guest bathroom consisting of an ante-bathroom and two toilets. The large dining area is made bright by the large windows of the wooden pergola in which it is located. The room has sofas and armchairs for guests to fully enjoy the view of the park. The large professional kitchen is served by a guest bathroom on one side and a pantry on the other. The laundry area, with direct external access, contains a guest bathroom. The floor is completed by a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, with direct access from the pool area, along a small gravel ramp. The first floor, accessible from both the inside, via an antique wrought-iron staircase, and from the outside via a convenient staircase leading to the entrance door, consists of three double bedrooms,one of which with an ornamental fireplace, all with ensuite bathroom with shower (one of which without bidet), minibar and TV. Park:
The fenced-in park with shade net 180 cm high and hedges, in located in the Golf Club area that extends for 34 hectares. Guests can enjoy relaxing walks surrounded by the tranquillity of the woods when the Golf Club is closed. The rich vegetation of the park consists of olive and fruit trees, bamboo and an imposing centuries-old oak with a diameter of three metres, defined as among the most beautiful plants included in golf courses in Europe. The wood is inhabited by animals such as roe deer, squirrels and hares, visible to lucky visitors. Entrance to the property is through an automatic barrier with entry code which leads, along a gravel driveway, to the large parking area with up to 20 parking spaces. Around the villa are several relaxation areas with tables and chairs. In the area in front of the wooden pergola is a splendid outdoor dining area, overlooking the pool, ideal for enjoying alfresco lunches and dinners.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located just a few meters away from the villa, on the west side, and is reached from the spacious dining area located under the wooden pergola with veranda. Rectangular and measuring 6 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m, it is equipped with internal and external lighting, chlorine purification and has three internal steps for access to the water. The solarium area, partly lawn and partly wood, is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and a porch swing. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
